FEARLESS...
Arianna Huffington defined what it means to be an accomplished woman. A Greek immigrant, Arianna is well known as a columnist, radio show host, author of eleven books, activist, gubernatorial candidate and co-founder of www.thehuffingtonpost.com (a site to which George Clooney frequently blogs). She was lauded for her success when Time magazine named her one of the 100 Most Influential People in the World (a list that also included Ms. Tyra Banks). When Arianna walked out on stage in fitted jeans and sleeveless black top she could have easily fooled us into thinking she was a chic Hollywood actress rather than co-host of a radio show called Left, Right and Center. Despite the long list of achievements, Arianna had to battle her share of fear. Although she was interested in politics and world issues, she worried about being labeled as aggressive by her male peers. But she was most certainly over her fear when she threw her hat into the ring for governor of California and debated with Arnold Schwarzenegger who once publicly suggested she switch to decaf. Would he have said that to another man?
Tyra asked Arianna the big question, “What makes you fearless?” Arianna explained that her fearless demeanor came from following her goals even when she is fearful. Also, she didn’t worry about failure because perseverance allowed her to continue and try again. Arianna most certainly exercised perseverance when her second book was rejected by no fewer than 36 publishers! Now, promoting her eleventh book, On Becoming Fearless in Love, Work and Life, Arianna shared her strategies for overcoming obstacles in every facet of life. She gave some tips from the book such as how to ditch what she calls the “obnoxious roommate.” This “roommate” is the negative voice that lives inside our heads and tells us we are not good enough, smart enough or anything enough. She suggested you “evict her” because if you listen to her, she will destroy you. (credits to tyra banks show.com)
There was a part of the show that Arianna said why do we always see ourselves as the unluckiest person in the world? Why do we always end to compare ourselves to rich and famous people...its already given that when you compare yourselves to them you will tend to belittle yourself...why not try comparing yourselves to people who suffer, people who are pained and hungry? With this way you will tend to look life with a new perspective. It will be over and over that we alsays say we are so lucky...but this is life we need to fight life challenges and we need to look on the brighter side of life to be able to conquer life's battle. Erase the negative thoughts...live life tot being happy is not a destiny its a choice... and maybe by that time you can now be called FEARLESS.
I passed!!!
Thank you! I passed thr MRAP exam and i am now a certified PROFESSIONAL!!!

Yeuki Jjang
3 stalks Kosari (dried fern)sometimes hard to find in the Philippines
half cup bean sprout,
4 green onions
2 tablespoons ground red pepper
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 teaspoons sesame seed oil, salt
PREPARATION:
*Get a piece of beef that has stripes on it at a market.
*You can find kosari (fern) at a Korean market, usually dried ones. They are inexpensive, and good source of fiber. So, get them! You can also make seasoned fern (kosari namul) dish with it.
Boil dried Kosari for thirty minutes until tender.
While doing so, cut the beef into = inch thick stripes. Season beef with ground red pepper, chopped garlic, and sesame seed oil. Clean bean sprouts. Cut green onion into similar length strips.
Pour ten cups of water in a big pot, and boil the meat for about thirty minutes to make beef base. (If you have beef base or beef stock in a can, use them. You can shorten time by doing so.)
If kosari has been cooked for thirty minutes, turn off the heat, take kosari out, and wash with cold water. Cut out about one third of the stem, not the head part! They are too tough to eat. Put them back into the pot, and leave them in water until beef is done.
After thirty minutes have passed for boiling beef, put boiled kosari (only, not with kosari boiled water) into the beef boiling pot. Boil for about ten more minutes, and put cleaned bean sprouts and green onion. Boil with lid on for thirty more minutes (if you have time, an hour) on a medium heat.
Put salt, and serve.
It's like our Nilagang baka with a hot flavor.

LUNCH...3RD SINGAPOREAN MEAL
After getting our purpose in this 3 malls we decided to get ourselves full... After strolling and looking for something appetizing and affordable we ended up in a restaurant which serves well blended drinks...i guess we just saw something appetizing...
off we ordered some stuff, since we ate our breakfast i think we were not that hungry at around 1pm. So we ate fried rice with chili wings(i suppose) and singaporean noodles. We just asked for a glass of water which flor and me got excited coz the served ice water with straw and i think it was the first time for us to see that sight! When virgie asked why we asked her back "does singaporean restaurants serve ice water with straw?" she said no, she thinks the serving thing in that restaurant is different (yes coz we have to pay for the service water hehehe i think it was around 25 singaporean cents per person...now thats for the straw!hahahaa!)

shinhwa and more shinhwa
Walking and walking ok now i see ritz! Hmmm what can we do? Can i dance outside the hotel to catch attention nah! I decided to behave coz my new found friend might see me as a crazy gal and eventually might leave us hahaha! No "beauty" on sight so we decided to go to Raffle City Tower mall..were everything i see is expensive! Talking about BRANDS!
Since we dont have any plans of doing some shopping...we just stroll around the mall and 1 thing catched our attention! waaaah a music store! Ok we were checking out shinhwa stuffs and all there and there was something that was still not in our collection a SHinhwa 7th album diary in dvd format! Flor decided to buy it virgie my sister and i were asking for anothe copy but too bad they only have 1! So again stroll strolll....when i really cant help it i asked flor if she asked the girl from the store if there is a possibility that we can get 1 for ourselves. We hurridly went back and yes she called the other branches and tehre is still 1 in the 2 branches she called. We got the address and Virgie guided us to this malls....
2nd stop DIGILIFE MALL ....I was high seeing those kisds playing the computer in fact there was a competition my sister and i were joking...since hyesung (shinhwa member) is fond of playing games like this do you think he is there? Anyway i just got a picture of it! Next revelation...i saw something Jolli...Ohhh i thought it was a fastfood chain here in the Philippines which ended to be Jollibean(but the letters is almost the same as the local one in the Philippines).
Off to the branch to get our shinhwa diary copy! Virgie got so excited seeing Rain's Move on Japanese single and bought herself a copy! While inside the music store there was these Singaporean couple about to purchase an album which turned out to be Christian Bautista's album (he is a product of a talent search in the Phils that made big in Malaysia,Indonesia and now even Singapore) His album was the one playing in that music store. I was so proud of him and told the Singaporean couple that album was good! And they did purchased the said album! Ahhh so proud!
next stop... Bugis junction...off to a cab to this mall to find the lone copy of the said shinhwa diary for our hostess virgie! Too bad the staffs tehre were not as pleasant as the other two stores who were generous enough to give us shinhwa poster eventhough it's not intended for the product we bought. So since tehre is nothing more else to do we dropped by an electronic/appliance store to buy some paraphernalia for my sister's ipod.

Singapore Experience
I could always bear the sacrifices in going to a concert with the lining up and running around and who could say i can not be a star on my own? I got a few star attached in my skin hahaha!
Ok ____ Saranghae..._____Saranghae! How can i say those words without someone pulling my hair?\\Once in a lifetime experience and who knows...
RISE AND SHINE
I'ts the big day for me...yes eventhough we ended up sleeping late still we managed to be up by 8. We are waiting for Virgie who is gracious enough to spare us her time and see the concert with us.
I am still in oblivion...clueless on what will happen next...ok so we took turns in taking a bath...we decided to grab something for breakfast and since we are in a tight budget we need to be adventurous in looking for cheap and good food. Ok off we went and after visiting so many stalls which serves noodles we decided to look for another restaurant...after walking a fewblocks ....my sister was telling me she wants something light..whoalla we saw a bread store. After picking what we feel like eating...we sat down and waited for our orders...which turned out to be the same package meal! I think our taste buds are already the same.
It was i guess one of the best coffee i had. It was aromatic and really you can feel and taste the richness of it even with already some cream on. The eggs were so freah and we can taste that it is organic eggs in the Philippines we call it "natural eggs". Well most of us can not buy these in the supermarket so its a treat!
After breakfast we decided to drop by another 7-11 branch and yes this convenient store is really everywhere! Looked for something we can bring to the gals home like magazines and write ups of the shinhwa concert. Well to no avail we didnt had the chance to see one.
Walking and more walking...when we felt we had enough we decided to go back to our hotel and wait for our "host" to arrive. Though we all lack sleep we really still have the energy to make fun at the hotel lobby!
Eat and be merry
My first singaporean meal...
Actually it was more than a asian fusion kind of thing since i was really starving i asked my sister and flor to grab a bite before taking a rest. We were so lucky to be in an area were everthing is readily available. A 7-11 just across the hotel and a fastfood center(24 hours) so it would be easy for us to grab something.
I decided to get the meal with noodles and soup...yes i was really full! I cant even breath! When i was buying some refreshments the lady asked me if im Thai...said no ....im a filipina. "Oh Philippines! good country if not for the abu sayaf you really have a nice country." When i went back to our table i was asking my sister do i look thai to you she said no...i asked back how come she mistakes me as an Thai national!? PHAAABOOO! hahaha! I then realized i was wearing a BANGKOK shirt har har har! What a mess!
So excited and went back to the hotel and mind you we are law abiding citizens we know how strict Singapore is and i know its like having BIG BROTHER watching your every move thing there! Hehehe! We didnt care if we have to walk an extra mile just to be in the proper pedestrian lane. Gosh my legs are killing me! But its better that being brought to jail!
Singapore Adventure
September 10,2006
12:30am yes Singapore Im here! There has been a slight delay with our arrival....but it doesnt matter anymore! Im In singapore safe and sound.Yes its early morning and i still cant contain my excitement. Im here and im breathing the same air with SHINHWA! What will happen next? Nah dont care anymore i have my sole purpose...WATCH SHINHWA CONCERT! Which i may say maybe my once in a lifetime opportunity.
Hmmm ..next stop immigration...there was not much fuzz adnd i passed thru it in just a minute. I was ahead of my companions and decided to get our luggages. It took us time locating our bags so went out of the airport at around 1am. After changing our money to their local currency off we went to the taxi stand.
We were quite hesitant on going to lane 1 reason...its a BENZ taxi and gosh it might be more expensive than the other taxis. But we dont have any choice but to follow the procedure...the driver was accomodating and he really was so hospitable. After placing our bags at the trunk i decided to seat upfront!
BLOOPER NUMBER 1
I completely forgot that im in a right hand drive country! I didnt realized that the driver was telling me to go the other way till i opened the door and saw the wheel at the right side. I was laughing so hard and told the driver that i was planning to drive the cab myself. He then jokingly said..."as long as you wont get caught that wont be a problem"
Im like a child ..so amazed on how hi technology can affect even the cabs. The interior of the car was so cool compared to the other taxis this was really something! So cool and i felt i was a country girl who got into a public transportation. I am really so amazed!

My Singapore Adventure
September 9, 2006
Been super excited for a few weeks back because of this trip.Seeing the merlion? Nah! Ill be seeing shinhwa for the first time live in action and who knows what will happen next.
Packed my bag just a few hours before the trip.830pm flight so might as well check in 3 hours before the flight schedule.Packed my bags and prayed that I may not forget any essential material needed for the trip.
Ok got to do some errands first, last minute, to fix some committed matters like bringing back the materials i borrowed my food caterer. Ooops missed out storing my storage card files so it would be useful in my Singapore trip. Anyway I think I managed not to miss out things.
Off to the airport...pick up flor first so we can be at the airport on time. We went to SM MALL OF ASIA to activate her international roaming for her handyphone. Grabbed something to eat and off to PARK AND FLY so we can have a ride on the way to the airport since they will shuttle us. Ok arrived at the airport very early I guessed we over estimated the airport securities. We passed all the stages and checking in and the immigration will be the last few stages before boarding.
Still have a lot of time before checking in,don't have anything to do at the international airport. Good thing pau sent me something I can gladly cheer on! Waaah a picture of me and junjin side by side! Whoaaah! What a view to enjoy before reaching the place where I can see my sweety!
An hour passed and cebu pacific's flight to singapore is now open. After checking in our luggages we decided to grab a bite. I guess we have a few hours of waiting to do...8pm...ahh a relief we are now going to our gate...so excited to fly! Gosh...another 45 minutes of waiting! It was a delayed flight! we boarded at 830 and flew at around 9pm.
FLY CEBU PACIFIC WERE EVERYTHING IS NOT FREE!Ok I'm overreacting they gave us C2 ice tea(without the ice) for free. We were so surprised coz when we asked for coffee and choco drink we have to pay for it!wow this is what you call business. I guess I got used to flying with Philippine Airline and Cathay were you can get great food and drinks. A dollar for a 3 in 1 coffee drink?(well I think I just realized the reason behind it on the way home.).Ok lets just thank cebu pacific for a cheap airfare.
I couldn't sleep maybe of the excitement....a few hours to go and yes I can breath the same air with the guys I want to see....

the father in Junjin...
watching him in shoot doori is such a delight not because he was a good looking manger/coach to the shoot dori kids but he oftenly acts as their big brother sometimes a father.
Looking thru some old clips who could imagine junjin as a person so passionate and lovable to kids even in his early age. Just love seeing him cuddle little kids with love and compassion!

whats my song
Charity, YOUR song is Every Breath You Take
Romantic and soulful, it's no surprise your signature song is just as sweet as you are. When it comes to a night on the town, we'd guess you'd rather enjoy a candlelit dinner for two or a low-key night hanging out with friends than a wild party or chaotic club. And while your signature song may not bring the house down, it never fails to inspire that loving feelin' in everyone. That's why it's so perfect for you a big-hearted person like you who's always thinking of others. So, keep it up. It's nothing short of breathtaking
what kind of car i am
Charity, you're a Station Wagon!
You swore you'd never get one, but deep down you knew it was inevitable. Now it's finally happened. The car for you is a sensible, reliable, and oh-so-traditional Station Wagon. But don't panic: you haven't totally become your parents! We're not thinking a Chrysler Town & Country or even a Ford Taurus. The car for you is a hip, updated version of the classic. You've inherited everything that was cool about your folks, and taken it to the next level. Gone are the wood panels and cheesy colors, and way in are the leather interior, CD player, and gear racks for your weekend adventures. How about a Subaru Outback, Volvo V40, or a Saab Aero Wagon—in a classic navy or a firebrick red? You're so happening; no one would ever know that you've got those sensible airbags tucked away for a rainy day.
NEXT TEST:
what kind of comedy show am i
Charity, you're most like Seinfeld
"Yadda yadda yadda." From soup to smelly cars, this classic show turned everyday things into gut-splitting moments. Like Seinfeld, you see the world in your own unique and sometimes cynical way. For something to really strike your funny bone, it should have a slightly ironic flavor or at least be a bit offbeat.Perceptive and smart, you know real life truly is stranger than fiction. Friends love to hear your clever observations and appreciate your ability to turn even the dullest of moments into a laugh-track worthy experience. And that — like a Festivus for the rest of us — is certainly something to celebrate!
which hollywood blond am i
Charity, you're most like Kate Hudson
Kate Hudson lights up every movie she's in whether she's following the band or trying to lose a hot guy. She's just so likable! And guess what? You are too. Like Goldie's golden daughter, you've got that certain sweet, girl-next-door quality that shines through everything you do.Charming and caring, you're comfortable in your own skin — and your fans are likely to feel better just being near you. You're certainly no spotlight-stealing diva. In fact, we bet you're more often called upon to play the best supporting actress. Your friends know you'll always be there for them, which is why they've got your back too.
my true color
Charity, your true color is Yellow!
You're yellow, the color of joy and energy — two things you definitely bring to everyone around you. It's hard for anyone to be sad or lonely in your presence; your sunny disposition and cheery outlook just won't allow it. The warmth of your personality shines through in the kindness you show friends and family (and strangers, too). Always ready with a lighthearted joke or heartfelt compliment, you know how to make people feel good about themselves, so they can't get enough of you. Yellow is a warm and inviting color for a warm and inviting person — you!
my celebrity look
Charity, your celeb look is inspired by Christie Brinkley
Even if your face hasn't graced the covers of magazines the world over just yet, you share this beauty icon's effortless sense of style. Like your gorgeous and radiant counterpart, you're probably known for having timeless look that never goes out of fashion.A natural beauty, you seem to understand that having a healthy body and bright smile is always in fashion. That's why you'd rather be well dressed in a way that isn't trendy or over the top. Leave the flashy glamour to other folks. You create a look that makes people focus on you and your natural assets. Keep it up!
my beauty look
Charity, you're a Natural Beauty
No fuss, no muss — you're a practical beauty who doesn't rely on frills and passing fads to show off your style. Down-to-earth and oh-so-cool, friends count on you for good advice and a strong shoulder to cry on.You know what you want out of life and don't worry about impressing others with over-the-top outfits and the newest crazy styles. You've got a healthy dose of self-confidence that simply radiates beauty and grace. And nothing's more natural than that.

my coffee personality
Charity, your coffee drink is Sweet
A kind and caring soul like you is as warm and comforting as a hot cup of sweet coffee. From parties to book-club meetings to backyard barbecues, you're friendly and welcoming no matter if you're playing host, mingling with guests, or just chilling out with good friends. You've got a big heart, and you're not afraid to share your feelings and let others know how much they mean to you. People know your friendly smile and fun personality can brighten up any occasion. Sound sweet? A dash of sugar is just your style.
Two Boxes
God's BoxesI have in my hands two boxes, Which God gave me to hold.
He said, "Put all your sorrows in the black box, And all your joys in the gold."
I heeded His words, and in the two boxes, Both my joys and sorrows I stored, But though the gold became heavier each day, The black was as light as before.
With curiosity, I opened the black, I wanted to find out why, And I saw, in the base of the box, a hole, Which my sorrows had fallen out by. I showed the hole to God, and mused, "I wonder where my sorrows could be!" He smiled a gentle smile and said,
"My child, they're all here with me.." I asked God, why He gave me the boxes,
Why the gold and the black with the hole? "My child, the gold is for you to count your blessings, The black is for you to let go."
We should consider all of our friends a blessing. Send this to a friend today just to let them know you are thinking of them and that they are a joy in your life.
A ball is a circle, no beginning, no end. It keeps us together like our Circle of Friends.
But the treasure inside for you to see, Is the treasure of friendship you've granted to me. Today I pass the friendship ball to you.
a friend
Proud to be your Friend!
I've learned...that life is like a roll of toilet paper.
The closer it gets to the end, the faster it goes.
I've learned...that we should be glad God doesn't give us everything we ask for.
I've learned...that money doesn't buy class.
I've learned...that it's those small daily happenings that make life so spectacular.
I've learned...that under everyone's hard shell is someone who wants to be appreciated and loved.
I've learned...that the Lord didn't do it all in one day. What makes me think I can? I've learned...that to ignore the facts does not change the facts.
I've learned.
I've learned...that the less time I have to work, the more things I get done.

MY KOREAN INFLUENCE
from this to...............this!
What a way to release pressure! Since i was away for a business conference i was really so drained with all the activities weve gone thru...
Good thing i am older than all of my districtmates...we talked about camera poses and look on what we ended up! Thanks to their cooperation we made this shot a good one! I thing the resident sister i am in them made them do a cute pose like this! At the midst of pressure and tension we wentr thru this day we still manage to do something that will release the stress! We are all waiting for our respective blue slips and this is how we play around!
Well that pose is what i learned in watching numerous korean series! Now this is how i influence them~what a day!
FEELING IDOL
Have anyone of you watched American Idol,Canadian Idol? How about Philippine idol?
Why all of a sudden? Well, just got off from a two day business conference! Its really tiring being in our audio-visual room for two days with extended hours of non stop updatesm on what our company has been up to. two slips a red and a blue one...how i wished i will always get the lighter colored one!
I could remember every contestant in this idol search wishing for that gold paper me? i want that blue paper! Since my line of work usually deal with a lot of presentations, this workshop on the 2nd day felt like a torture! 3 judges but you will be presenting to them one by one! If they think you passed their taste they will give you the blue one if not the red one. What will happen if you get the red one? You will again present to the judge another presentation and fall in line again to the end of the line. Good thing we have a scheduled Fellowship dinner that night! We made a 7pm reservation so we have to be at the bar restaurant on time! Lucky me! Didnt get a red slip! hehehe! Now when i first got the blue slip...Thank God! I passed the audition without singing hehehe!

The six-man group Shinhwa, currently on an Asian tour, has held a successful concert in Bangkok, Thailand, following performances in China. The group held its first Thai concert on Friday at the Impact Arena, where many world-famous artists, including Korean singer Rain, have performed.
Shinhwa began the concert with the song “Perfect Man” from its fifth album and captivated the audience throughout the two-hour concert with its outstanding dancing and singing abilities. It performed all its hit songs from its eight-year career since its debut in 1998, including “Wild Eyes,” “I Pray 4 U,” “Hey, Come On,” “Once in a Lifetime,” and “How Do I Say.”
The audience welcomed the group by holding cheering pickets written in Korean as well as English and Thai. They also brought other objects such as balloons to express their enthusiasm. During the course of the concert, Shinhwa expressed their gratitude in broken Thai, to which the audience responded with deafening cheers and applause.
Lee Min-woo and Shin Hye-sung, two members who are also successfully working as solo artists, gave solo performances as part of the concert. Lee performed his solo hit song “Bump” accompanied by dynamic dance moves, and Shin displayed his outstanding singing ability by singing “Ditto.”
After the concert, a birthday party for Jun Jin was held onstage. The other members prepared a cake for him and sang a birthday song together with the audience. At the suggestion of the other members, the audience also gave Jun a thundering cheer, shouting “Happy birthday to you.”
“Thank you very much and I love you,” Jun responded to the audience. “I am thrilled to be with the other members here on my birthday.”
The group members also tried their parts to please the audience. Jun and Andy each picked up a doll among gifts the fans had placed on the stage even before the concert had started, and faced each other while singing “You’re My Everything.” Near the end of the concert, Kim Dong-wan picked up a pair of underwear and pretended to put it on and then take it off, evoking laughter from the audience.
Eric was welcomed a little more enthusiastically than the other members because he is quite popular in Thailand due to his role in the dramas “Rookie” and “Phoenix.” Whenever Eric rapped, he evoked loud cheers from the audience.
As a special event for Thai fans, Shinhwa released a music video for “Throw My Fist,” the title song of its recently-released Japanese album.
But the poor acoustics of the facility posed a minor problem. “The acoustics were not so good, but the audience’s response was great enough to make up for that,” Lee said.
Shinhwa will wrap up its tour after concerts in Singapore on Sept. 10, Tokyo on Sept. 24 and Osaka on Sept. 26.

Being in the field at work you tend to meet a lot of people...they just come and go. In my line of work not everyone you see everyday can be there always... REVAMP and TRANSFER is the favorite term in my field unless you are considered seasoned...i guess you will enjoy a lot of hops and jumps with this work.
This is my friend Emman and Anne..during monday and tuesdays if our schedule permits we usually have our late lunch together as in late (earliest at 2pm and latest at 4) Yes we live in a very erratic schedule we cannot hold much of the regular time since our schedule lies on our clients availability. Thank you for this companion i have i tend to walk around the vicinity of my area with a more positive outlook at work (its tiring sometimes you know). But enjoying every moment will give you a smile in your face. Thanks to them i get to eat lunch not alone!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUNJIN SSHI!

The Price Of Being In The Philippines
It was 8:15 pm tuesday night when Lai texted me she was alone in Cubao (we were exchanging sms before that) and her dinner date cannot be with her.(an INDIAN national perhaps-joke!). She asked me where I am...being the resident "lakwatchera"(person you find in almost every place) of the group she just told me her friend can't make it and she feels alone. So since I was
on my way home (my dad would be happy to see me home before 9pm) and have no other thing to do I decided to join Lai. I tried texting Tet cause I can fetch her but it just happened that she was not answering my call. Called Flor(sorry) forgot its her day-off. After a few minutes Tet returned my call, she just reached home and is not in the mood to go out (I usually have that feeling too when I reach home I will not have the urge to go out). So I think I will be singing, dancing and doing stuffs alone in my car!
Since its a rush hour the traffic was heavy and decided to pass an alternate route. Reached the vicinity around 9, since there's some traffic rerouting I found myself back to the hi-way again! 1 go signal...I was left 3 cars away from the batch that was able to get thru. Go again aha! this is my time...suddenly the red signal was up, I was in the intersection of EDSA and AURORA as in on the middle part with the island and MRT station above it. Normally since there are traffic enforcers (yes they are swarming around that corner around 6 of them) they would signal the other side to delay their momentum for GO! I was left with no choice but to go forward...then a traffic enforcer signaled me to pull over pointing to the red traffic light. Ok ok don't know what's my violation now! He asked for my drivers license and car registration (OR AND CR), well
I'm driving a few month old car 3 months to be exact....here when you drive a good model/new car (I can't call my car a luxury one) they tend to find fault/violations for the driver, their notion?the driver is rich! Ok,eventhough I saw the one in front of me which happens to be a
PUJ (public utility jeepney) pass thru withour any violations.well I know they just want something out of me!
The traffic enforcers said I beat the red light. when I told him my side he said it is prohibited in to go forth even if I was in the middle of the island! Then he passed me to a city traffic enforcer (well in this country different rules apply in every city depending on who the mayor is) got my license ...he was trying to look for something in my drivers license case (nomally other driver's
insert money in this slots if ever they get a traffic violation it will automatically go to the apprehending officer result...no more ticket). I don't practice putting money inside it! Well normally when a MMDA traffic enforcer got you for a traffic violation the MMDA head
recommended not confiscating the driver's license and just issue a traffic violation ticket and pay the dues directly to the bank. Many were positive about this law but not the traffic enforcers....why do filipino bribe these people? It's because when they confiscate your license sometimes its a big hassle locating your license and sometimes even locating the officer. So when the no confiscating of license was approved, at least you can drive with a drivers license in your possession and a ticket at the same time. Now what happened? When I told the officer to just give me a ticket they were shocked! And told me I had a serious violation blah blah blah! Ok I know it already....then when the MMDA said I was within QUEZON CITY, their laws will apply(actually it was a hi-way violation so its suppose to be the MMDA!) so they have to confiscate my license and get it in their city hall. My my!this freaked me out! No way! That city
hall is very far and it will be hard to locate my license .(well of course I know what they want to hear!ok sir here's a small amount of blah blah blah! ok money!!). I got a 100 peso bill and secretly folded it and gave it to the city traffic officer! Both of them are asking each other if its ok (the amount!the nerve! Its like robbing people) when suddenly they realized I have a doctor on call card in my car, I don't know there was a turnaround (I know that amount was small and they will ask for more and threat me with the violation ekek)! Sudden change of attitude! They were courteous! I told them I can give them some giveaways...the traffic enforcer said oh Dra! Sorry, he even told the MMDA Dra is in a hurry! Then the enforcer asked for MOBIC(for pain/rheumatism) from me,and since they thought of me as a doctor told him to go for FLANAX!(our company's product!) Its cheaper and effective! To make it short...I got
used of dealing with this people! Unless I'm really guilty of something I'm a-ok!
This is hmmm my 5th violation in my 10 year driving experience! 1st - entering a one way street in Makati, that same day using mobile phone while driving in Makati, 3rd driving without seat belt in Batangas, 4th disregarding of traffic sign but that time there were 2 of us but the
enforcer didn't let the other "old" car to pull over. I think they just want to get something with the new car! And the 5th was last night but with all the violations...I just got 1 official traffic violation ticket! The price of being a filipino-good or bad?)
Sometimes its really unimaginable...see? I can be a good citizen but with the system we are into I tend to be a bad one! I want to be fair but how can I? They were not in the first place!
I arrived a little late with my meeting with Lai,(9:10) well I called her up when I was apprehended but really its no big deal! I enjoyed chatting with Lai after an hour and a half we decided to leave starbucks and I sent her to the bus station but know what? She stayed 10 minutes more before getting off the car!Hmmmm after doing hazzard lights in Ayala
Ave. everytime I send Flor to work, now I'm upgraded to EDSA anyway it was not the first time...we did that trying to shoot the ijuksa billboard! 10:45pm on the way home...no more crocodiles around reached home at 11:00pm!

X-Man in Batangas (Philippine Special)
Pau and Tet has blogged about the road trip which I often call road of rain! What else can I blog about? How about blogging about my favorite outfit worn that day! My ohh so comfy jogging pants, though its a little hippy which most of the time exposes my undies but who cares!loose shirt, nice pair of rubber shoes (well I loved this
shoes!cheap, so light and comfortable!) I see my outfit as an x-man wardrobe! I
can still remember at our first stop I was doing the horsey horsye bending forward thing cause I am replicating their horse game which led to some laughter from the gang.
HEADBAND...
Explanation for the headband(which looks like a towel),actually its my band everytime I want to wash my face so my "tutchang" (baby hair)won't bother my face. I used it to protect my throat that day too...aside from acute gastritis with matching reflux,I was having a sore throat the night before the trip that I know will eventually lead to cough and colds. Since the airconditioning of the car will tend to pass my way I
need to protect my throat from the cooling system. Now inside the car its my throat protector, outside its my headband!
Going back to X-man in Batangas...I was really the xman in that trip not that I was tasked to let the team lose but I am tasked to make that trip memorable to the voltes team! I guess they did enjoy the day of fun, laughter and tears(from excessive laughter). I was their tour guide, food critic, driver, dancer, singer, and clown!
A Philippine special...15 hours of fun...I guess we can beat the Germany Special...what do you think guys?

ANYONGHASEO KSS...KANG SAM SOON IMNIDA!
I love KSS and I'm often called as Kim Sam Soon hello world... Kang
Sam Soon is here! I rather be Kang Ho Dong's sister rather than his wife
harharhar! Why? I can get to know many korean hot celebrities be it my
passion or my fantasy, dreamboy perhaps? Being the resident hyung of the
stars who wouldn't take the opportunity to meet my brother's little
brothers?
But looking back if I am indeed his long lost soulmate...well I will be
the resident noona of the stars! The setback? No one will attempt to
make me their girlfriend in respect for their Ho-Dong hyung!vwaaah then
when that happens I will be forever be singing hanyoung's noona noona
ne, noona noona noona neh! argh!
Kidding aside I think kang ho dong can line up now...before chae tae
hyun's marriage all I thought he was available I was telling myself if
ever I can't get any of my korean passion(bae yong jun, bi, kwon sang
woo, joo ji hoon, junki, shinhwa and too many to mention) I will just marry
Cha Tae Hyun too bad somebody got him already...so decided to go forward
the korean mosquito (joke from MC Yoon) Kim Jung Gook...now Kang Ho-dong
will be just behind him if I can't get him! Now who will be next in
line? Anyone as long as its not Park Myung Soo!

RAINY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN!
on the way to my work territory.
Riding with the Voltes gang ,yup its DC's first trip to that province since i lost TP.(there my cars name). I was remembering the days when everytime i see a "RAIN" in either billboard or papers...i am like a teenager body shivering imagining every Bi performance! Then a sudden question was asked...what do you feel when you see these phrases now? Tough question...i think I lost that shivering thing but like loving someone your love goes a level higher. I tend to respect Bi as a person and a performer. I respect his attitude and his moods. That's how I see myself now.
Now how come I'm blogging this all of a sudden? Coz while having my daily routine of checking the entertainment section of our daily paper...look at what i saw!!!The enchanted Kingdom ticket felt like a RAINY day concerty ticket! And the Nescafe article about its rainy day commercial...
wow RAIN i know i missed you too! (i think its like Rain telling me he misses me! Bear with my ilussions...its my blog anyways!)
SEEING THE SUN SEEING THE RAIN
Yes weird it may seem but i did see RAIN in a sunny day!Rain in a sunny day like this? Though i hated this kind of sunny day weather specially when im not at the beach or something. But yes i saw RAIN thanks to PEPSI and XTMTV i was able to see the missing puzzle in my life once again!
A 2nd pepsi shoot for RAIN and a new cf is something so enjoyable .Rain, you were indeed so busy with your shooting and after a long "diet" from RAIN you sure gave us something to feast on!
Your presence was felt eventhough i was in a different mode. Thanks to the RAIN that poured after 3 strong typhoons i can never forget you!
Odd it may seem...yes it literally rain and shine altogether and RAIN you gave me something to ponder on. Anyway RAIN or shine(hwa) it will still be all of us!

I just commend them for performing to such "polite" audience. They gave their all,the intensity was still there eventhough the north Korean are not that showy on appreciating on their performance.
Hats off on their dedication to their craft!

MY SHINHWA ADDICTION
ok ok i 've been clinging to JUNJIN for a year or so thanks to his baby face, ever loving character in 9 tailed fox a.k.a. Forbidden Love.just like what I blogged previously I tend to end up liking the other guy in a love triangle because being loving and martyr seems to touch my heart.
But why shinhwa all of a sudden?thanks to GOONG.if not for yoo eun hye I would never get a chance to see t is group as one!X man a popular korean variety show opened my shinhwa addiction. Watching it and since its their season of "regrouping"it was a real treat seeing them in most of the Korean entertainment show this season. With a new album out promos here and there, concert tour and soon an Asian tour on their hectic schedule.
Shinhwa () is the Korean word for myth or story- before I thought it was a chinese newspaper!
HOW DO I SEE THEM
Jun Jin (Real name: Park Choong Jae ; 19 August 1980; rapper & vocalist)

-such a flawless young man that couldn't make me ignore him.As an actor he is Ok but I think theres room for improvement after his acting debut in forbidden love he showed maturity in this field in his last drama "lets go to the beach". As a singer its impressive that he can be both a rapper and a vocalist. Couldn’t question his talent and ability both in singing and dancing. A competitive guy in him he always pour his heart into every hurdle and challenging task given to him.Loved him in x man 20!What I love in him?cute lips, wonderful eyes, boy next door type and his humongous appetite! It will be a great ea ure for me seeing you eat what I’m cooking for you!
At first you will see him as a stiff guy, maybe he is bound to play the executive like type of roles. But looking deep into it he is still a boy who loves playing computers and aying along with shinhwa members.A (very)hyper person that tends to perform and show off his dancing powers! The dehydating thing he suffered during minwoo's birthday party sure cracked me up! And the head injury he suffered after those flips...well at least I learned about it just recently if not...I think I will be like hye sung who cried a river because of this accident.

-I got in touch with this guy after scanning my "phoenix firebird" series,I was not that interested since I’m not into moustached guys till I saw him in "super rookie".not an outstanding series it may be But still he didn’t fail to amuse me! Till I learned more about him and was given insights about him and being shinhwa's resident hyung(leader). His expressive eyes can never fail to let a girl melt her heart out!
He topped the internet search area when he played romantic music with the former Ms Korea Park Si Yeon star of "my girl" and now making waves as an actress and better known as "eric's girlfriend".(tsk tsk too bad already taken) I loved erics behind the scene antics...I swear when the shinhwa members divulge eric's antics I was surprised.I admire his love for his woman, he really showed the whole world he found the girl he wanted to love.
Lee Min Woo (; 28 July 1979; vocalist)

Height: 175 cm

How will i describe minwoo? At first i couldnt love him though i think after eric i knew him 2nd since he was the most active in the singing field and many girls are swooning over him not to mention his connection with my other love RAIN.
Physically being buffed was not a turn on to me cause i see him as the Korean Carlos Agassi but with all respect i could not ignore this guy anymore! So witty and full of antics!Shinhwa will not be shinhwa without him! He has these flare of naughtiness in him! The talent exudes with all the fireworks behind! Yes thats MINWOO singer, dancer, composer, loverboy and a friend!(to shinhwa of course!) KUL KUL guy is what i call him! Being famous never changed him on how he play with his shinhwa brothers! The same old minwoo and thats what more i loved him!
Kim Dong Wan (; 21 November 1979; vocalist)
Name: Kim, Dong Wan

OOOMMMA ANYONG! He is being teased by his voice though i dont know that much on how these teasing started...boy i love this balladeers voice! He is so warm and seeing his aura a very accomodating person is what i see. And based on fan experiences with him he is indeed a true gem!
Love dongwans acting in the kbs series goodbye sadness i felt he was a different dongwan from the impression he left me when i was still watching Cokeplay Battle SHINHWA! He was so strict and when you hear his comment and you are the one he was referring too he was so hard on this would be entertainer! But i think he has this attitude of extracting what you can do more!
Love him more and more each day!
Shin Hye Sung (Real name: Jung Pil Kyo ; 27 November 1979; lead vocalist)

OOOOH my bestfriend! He is my fantasy boyfriend jinnie's bestfriend thats why!) With his very Korean looks i was not so excited with him but once you hear him sing oooh my gosh cannot ask for more! I oftenly joke that the group should be called HYESUNG and SHINHWA! With that very cute lips and wonderful eyes! What cannot make him my bestfriends tet apple of the eye!
As what my sister often say hyesung has a very strong sex appeal that cannot be compared to the other guys! Yes i must agree he has this X-factor and the manners? Oh i can easily figure out that this guy is a well mannered man. Though he is sort of silent but when you see him in a crazy way...gosh!You will certainly drop off from your chair!
Andy Lee (Korean name: Lee Sun Ho ; 21 January 1981; rapper)

AS what i claim this is my baby and he will always be my baby! yes a very silent(At first) andy is so amusing but when you getr to know more of shinhwa you will discover this guy as their resident gagman! Though he is way over twenty i still see him as a boy! In fact he is eric's pal that he easily tag along not to mention play along!
You should see the versatility of this kid a very natural comedian! I love his evry antics and his trademark heart dance. Girls will easily fall for this baby of mine! I love andy so much that i cannot put any malice in the way i see him!
SHINHWA's friendship made a huge turn on to me....thank you for coming into my very stressful life now im enjoying a wonderful world full of the memories of your antics and songs!
SHINHWA i really love this guys and they will forever be my shinhwa! It will never be the same without even a single member! 6 is 6 it can never be 5! I love them and i cannot even find more reason why im addicted to them!
DOWN WITHOUT THE RAIN
After endless rain for more than a week I am in a gloomy mood...I have to admit it! I missed the rain! The sun isn’t that ecstatic by being up there but still I can see its rays.
I am down with a very terrible migraine that’s been bugging me during and even stress related pressure from work. My friends became my source of strenght and sometimes shock absorber during this days. I am trying to reflect more on how my days went by.
Yes I love the rain and I love RAIN that’s been the missing puzzle. It's like after those very strong rainpour which we jokingly say is caused by his tantrums caused by my/our shinhwa addiction. But what’s up my baby Rain?is there a sort of news blockout of some sort?I’m just so bothered not hearing from you. No rain today...no Rain news for now.
I just hope I can see a happy and uplifted Rain that I can cling on.Missing you and the rainy day!
NOTE: as of today it has been 3 days raining and guess what RAIN went out to show off his outfit nice one ei!

FEELING THE RAIN
I missed RAIN ...Bi..the rain that was the missing puzzle of my heart. After being so engrossed with my shinhwa addiction suddenly a man poped up in my friend pau's blog! Yes Rain! in such a nice revealing post (as always but still never fails to give me the ahhh expression!)
(picture of bi is from Paus blog)thanks Pau for this pic.
Yes was so happy having the post shinhwa shock...i was so focused with Rain and i missed out this guys...but Rain is having his presence being felt after the big storm ESTER (yes it has RAIN with it too) who directly went to Korea another typhoon came and stayed for a couple of days here in the country kindda forget the name but of course it started with a F>
Now im guilty yes rain...yes bi ive been scanning and watching a lot of shinhwa lately but still i love you and i always did. Its just that i added a few more stars to give you more company in my heart (gosh they are having a revolt inside of my heart!) Just like on how you entered the PEPSI asian star circle.... You are always in my heart its just that you have more and more friends inside my heart.
Always bi will be in my heart and soul so bi please stop the rain from pouring so hard....it causes some appointment and meeting cancellation within the voltes gang...we still love the rain that made as what we are now!Love you BI!
i really feel rain's importance in the entertainment scene. Having a CF with a big star is a proof that indeed he has a bright future in the international market.
THIS BLOG MADE ME FEEL THE CREEPS...
But i love this song from shinhwa and shin hye sung's acting revelation really made me love him more!
Eric's acting is oustanding but im used to him doing this stuffs but hye sung really gave his all and with the action scene he passed it with flying colors!
lOVED the concept and storyline of the video...something sort of coming from the Korean cinema sort of thing. Its like a movie condensed in a 5 minute video!
the amazing 6 of my life!
Love this video...though its a little late posting it ..anyway i still want to see it in my blog hehehe1
when superman stopped flying in the Philippines
January 28,2006
Superman landed in Philippine cinema...it was a wednesday and since its my birthday i decided to watch the film with my appa. My dad. I was so overwhelmed by that film but suddenly we passed by the tickettron area where Pacquiao vs Larios tickets were being sold. I know how my dad has been waiting for this fight so i asked him if he wanted to watch this fight live(since the television version will be suppppppper late to accomodate all the sponsors and advertisers). He was a bit hesitant because of the price and since i got myself some gift certificate as incentive from the office i decided to purchase the ticket for both of us.
Im not a huge boxing fan but since i love my dad i will spend an early morning (sunday morning) with him. He will never ask from me but i know how much he wanted to watch it minus the advertisements.
Why did superman stopped flying? well 6 cinemas from SM MEGAMALL are all into satellite feed for the Larios/Pacquiao fight. This cinemas mostly plays SUPERMAN hehehe! So he just flew in the movie houses after the boxing match(12 noon).
The good thing???? at least my fellowman won not to mention all the undercard match were all dominated by the filipino boxers!

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
I was tasked to bring a top doctor to the office for a video shooting session that will be a documentary to be shown soon for the launching of a new product. I was so surprised coz i was not familiar with the hospital where i suppose to meet him. I end up seeing myself in the wrong building since the instruction was 9th flor room 15. I was not in the medical arts building but the main hospital! So i went back to trhe lobb and asked the guards where the Medical arts building is located! Well i reached the other side of the building..yes there are 3 elavators..elevator 1 serves all floors, elevator 2 serves b1 to 9th floor, elevator 3 9th floor to 19th. With all the people around its so hard to get in the elevator. As soon as i had my ride 9th floor...gosh the doctors name is different in room 15 i then ask an employee...mam its on the 19th floor....elevators were so so slow..i have to meet the doctor on time and im 5 minutes away from the appointment i was litterally running thru the stairs! When i reached 15th floor i saw the elevator opening...i rushed thru it to reach the top floor! I was with a doctor to my surprise he was the doctor i need to fetch!
After attending to his patients...we went to the car and rush to the office to get him ready for his video shoot. He is a little old and for shure a key opinion leader in his field we chatted for an hour thanks to the heavy traffic and we were able to get along so fine since we have a common topic...his roots. Well the travel was so light since we gwet to know moer a lot of each other.
Office... we arrived before the schedule shoot. After endorsing him to my marketing director i need to attend to my official obligations..submission of my reports.I was so tired but still my product manager asked a favor again...get some giveaways and give it to our trialist who was sitting at the lobby. I was still looking for the corporate secretary since there are some paper works to be filled up...then i met this wonderful lady. Since i was practically running around our office building ensuring my doctor to be at home and ensuring my reports to reached my deadline. I was a little pissed when another boss ask me to do something exchange the tshirt our trialist have to XL...i was already so tired! But since i dont have the right to complain still i oblidged myself to go to the warehouse haaaay!
An hour passed and i was talking to my immediate boss and was having a little argument over some things! Then the doctor finished his recording and some stuffs and needs to rush back to the hospital for his scheduled "delivery" with a patient. I was surprised to know that the elegant lady was still at our office lobby with our corporate secretary...no taxi would like to accomodate her so when i asked my product manager to ask someone to bring her home....my doctor arrived...heard that her place is a little near..(medical city to eastwood) i was hesitant cause the doctor dont know this lady but still he was willing to share the ride with her.
When we left the parking area this fine lady was assited by our product manager and corporate secretary she is walkingt with the help of a cane...it turned out she had hip fracture..to my surprise osteoporosis can be this deadly..now i know what happened to my grandmother at my dads side and her sisters...they were osteoporotic. Then then doctor was asking her some technical stuffs....she was very gracious on giving out some medical information about her condition...she had a historectomy at the age of 29 so thats the reason why she has osteoporosis. After a few exchanges of thoughts there it came tracing of roots again...now i discovered this fine young lady is YOLLY VELASCO...Former NBI Chief EPIMACO VELASCO's wife.
I was so ecstatic coz i saw this mans lifestory and was asking her some stuffs! The movie fan in me! After a lot of chat we arrived at the hospital 30mins after...thanks to my taxi driver skills we were able to reach the hospital on time. Then its time to bring tita yolly to her place...she was so accomodating and shared her greatfulness on how our company will shoulder her medicine for sometime. She felt so blessed we shared so many thoughts in life and she even ghot my cellphone number and was so appreciative with my gestures. Im tired but recieving a text message from her on my way to the next appointment is really really fulfilling
Now thats how i s[pent my day today..why am i in a net cafe? My sister is craving for korean food..im waiting for her to finish her meeting and i am now sitting here for 2 hours! Ok thats all for today!
another hangout for the team
TIENDESITAS
Look at all those vinta!!! Yes this will be soon a place where we can hangout! The place is cute with all the achitectural designs and stall arrangements..not to mention the coffee to die for! And yes its locaaly available and brewed fresh! Not to mention the array of fashionable accessories, bags and clothes. And if your an antique collector theres a wide display where you can choose from!
The first time i came here i was not that ecstatic since i arrived here at 3pm and really with the hot weather ...i feel like im gonna collap...ok ok collapse! But still if you feel dehydrated you can easily grab a juice fresh or bottled whatever you prefer.Hmmm love the fresh coconut juice from DIZON farms! The organic salad from i cant remember the stall but this is my regular supplier of fresh greens for my diet(once in awhile)
When i discovered how cool this place is during nightime well i begin to enjoy the place specially the mouthwateing VIGAN empanada that cost 35php but can be availed 3 for 100php.YUMMY!
I couldnt wait to be with my gang here soon! And by the way the mountain maiden coffee is excellent!See you soon in Tiendesitas!

ANOTHER RAIN(Y) DREAM
What more can I ask for?A night of wonderful entertainment courtesy of Mitch Valdes and a great time with my beautiful and friendly doctors!
After the dinner symposium that kept me busy for a couple of weeks now we capped the night with a cup of coffee and exchanged stories. Be it with unanswered questions from the symposium to the everyday lives.
Moving on to the essence of this story...went home around 1:30am I wanted to sleep right away so bad thats why i never drink any caffein but to no avail my insomia is bugging me so I decided to browse the television.I didn’t realized it was already so so late but I got my sleep pace anyways thank u!
As we all experience we just remembered a few scenes from dreamland I can’t find the connection of each scene but here goes...scene 1(as what I recall) me busy as in very busy don’t know what event but seems like I was doing an event and social kindda thing! Saw myself talking to a butler and a chef (joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat any connection?) then I went to another ballroom...saw some of my doctors enjoying themselves dancing talked to a Dance instructor giving him some instructions so he could get his professional fee.Now the third hall it wasn’t as big as the other two.... The atmosphere was cozy seems to me everuone was well behaved coz when I went to a bulletin board, there were certain rules and standard etiquette to be followed, this is what I recall
-do not stay on stage for more than 5mins
-no personal cameras allowed
-no authograph signing allowed
-no I’d no entry (ok guys imade this up)hehehe
To my surprise I saw Paullette on stage with a very tall guy...the guy was wearing a white sando that fitted him oh so well with jeans to pair it. No dark glasses of some sort but just a true face smiling before the official photographer! Wow its BI the rain that strucked a lot of hearts! My jaw was litterally dropping not just because of BI but Pau looks so gorgeous in a beige sleeveless. Bi was holding her biceps and they seem to chat while having their pictures taken. When Pau went down she went straight to me telling me..."cha...he is such a passionate person,it shows on how he carresses. CHA TOUCHY SI BI" next scene I was running wild! I want to be carressed too!waaah!
What happened?suddenly I heared him sing "BRING THE BEAT BACK!"then waaah its my alarm tone! I need to wake up to attend to a breakfast meeting!Gosh! Oh my oh My!Just dnt know if I will have my sleep now it will have its continuation! Lucky pau!now what happened to the rest of the gang? Were you still on line or I was just so busy that pau was the last one to have the bi opportunity?
See you in dreamland guys!

Life Vs. Coffee Cups!
visit their old university lecturer. Conversation soon turned into complaints
about stress in work and ! life. Offering his guests coffee, thelecturer
went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and an
assortment of cups: porcelain, plastic, glass, some plain looking and
some expensive and exquisite, telling them to help themselves to hot coffee.
When all the students had a cup of coffee in hand, the lecturer said: "If you noticed, all the nice looking, expensive cups were taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. While it is but ! normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress. What all of you really wanted was coffee, not the cup,but you consciously went for the better cups and are eyeing each other's cups."
"Now, if Life is coffee, then the jobs, money and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold and contain Life, but the qualityof Life doesn't change." "Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the coffee in it."
So folks, don't let the cups drive you...enjoy the coffee instead...
Regards & God Bless :)
